CHRIS’ TIPS FOR March 2nd, 2025

CHRIS’ TIPS FOR Feb 25, 2025

Tuesday Training Tip from one of our Founders, Crazy Chris to get ready for the 100,000 Steps Challenge.

CHRIS SAYS:
Last video was 30 seconds on 30 seconds off, 30 times. This time I’m gonna pick it up a bit and bring it to one minute. One minute runs and 30 second breaks. Try to do it 20-25 times. See you soon guys.

CHRIS’ TIPS FOR Feb 23rd, 2025

70 days to the hundred thousand step event, May 4. This is the first real training to get back in shape. Some Walk runs. Excellent way to get started if you’re just getting going. Start with 30 seconds on 30 seconds off, try to do 30 of them. Anyway, good luck, there will be more videos as we get closer.
